Immediately after the surface tension creates suction, the new ink is then replenished to the ink ejection area for the next cycle of printing. Since the ink close to the nozzle portion of the nozzle is continuously heated and cooled, the accumulated temperature is continuously increased, about 30-50 ° C, so it is necessary to use the ink circulation cooling on the upper portion of the ink cartridge. In long-term printing, the ink in the entire ink cartridge, although circulating cooling, remains at about 40-50 °C.
Thermal bubble printing is a technique for printing at higher temperatures, so the ink must be low viscosity and high tension to ensure that the coding equipment can continue printing at high speed for a long time.
