Common after-sales solution of laser marking machine
1.check whether the focal distance is normal.
2.Check whether the connect line of D/A card is fixed.
3.Check whether the connect line of lasers to D/A card is loose.
1. Check reflector and focus lens, cleaning and maintenance.
2. Check whether the focal distance is correct .（working platform keep horizontal ）
3. Check whether the marking speed, power, frequency are correct.
1.Check whether the fan has blockage, remove the blockage.(such as electric wire and protection cover)
2.Check whether the fan is cleaning, can use dust-cleaner to clean the fan.
3.Check whether the electric wire plug is fixed.
1.If the engraving depth is not as deep as it used to be, your device might be maintenance and cleaning.
2.If you got the dim results of engraving, please check whether the focal distance is correct.
